It was a great success.<\/p>\n<p>Students did not bring any foil, butter paper, or plastic in their tiffins. They brought food in cloth napkins, helping to reduce waste.<\/p>\n<p>During fruit time, fruit peels were collected in a pit to make compost.<\/p>\n<p>Students learned that these are not waste and can be used as natural fertilizer for plants.<\/p>\n<p>Students also showed creativity by making paper bags from newspapers and creating pictures using pencil shavings.<\/p>\n<p>This was the first time organized at the school, and the response was very positive. Students learned an important message<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Nothing is waste. Many things can be reused and
