
Our school organized an engaging Wellness Programme for students of Classes 3 to 5 on 8th April 2026. The primary goal was to raise awareness about the vital role a healthy lifestyle plays in our well-being.
The session was packed with fun-filled physical activities that the children thoroughly enjoyed. Through interactive demonstrations, students learned the importance of eating nutritious food and staying active through regular exercise. A key highlight was the mindfulness segment, where children were encouraged to express gratitude to God for the gift of a wonderful life. It was an inspiring day dedicated to building healthy habits for a bright future.
