Physical fitness is an important component of leading a healthy lifestyle. The inclusion of regular fitness activities help students maintain fitness and develop muscular strength. The participation in physical education provides a positive influence on a student’s personality, character and self- esteem.

Various sports competitions and activities inculcate the spirit of positive challenges and sportsmanship among the students and prepare them for the life ahead. The students are actively involved in Aerobics, Skating, Yoga, Volleyball, Badminton, Cricket and other on field sports.

Our Students have brought laurels in all the fields. In Table Tennis lionites reached to the Inter National level. In Throw ball, Volley ball and Athletics our students bagged various position at State Level.


Taekwondo is not all about the physical development only, it has much to do with mental discipline. Taekwondo is not an easy thing to learn, and every single set of moves, every strike, and every stance takes a lot of discipline to master.

Learning the various aspects of Taekwondo and perfecting them involves goal setting. One has to set a goal and use self-discipline in order to meet that goal. Taekwondo teaches the skill that nothing in life is easy and that everything, every goal, which one sets, requires a whole lot of discipline to accomplish.

Self Defence

Martial Arts and self-defence gives the tools and skills that one needs to confidently assess a dangerous situation and navigate effectively. Students gain confidence and they also learn how to focus during stressful situations.

School provides Self Defence training to girls to enable them to face the world confidently .

Lionites have made us proud by winning medals at the National Level in Judo and Boxing.


Aerobics is an important aspect of living a healthy lifestyle. It is the best exercise for the students as it keeps them strong, builds stamina and energy, boosts their health and also helps in over all development of the students.


Skating offers quite a few benefits for the mind as well as the body. Skating helps kids burn off extra energy, build strong muscles, and maintain a healthy weight. It gives a sense of accomplishment and boosts confidence. Our students have proved their mettle at the National Level.

Inter House competitions

To foster a healthy competition among the students and encourage them to be an active member of the respective houses, a multitude of Inter House Competitions are conducted on a regular basis. Students are exposed to varied degrees of academic and non academic competitions which develop their ability to work with others. This also boosts the holistic development of the students. The students demonstrate great team spirit by putting in their best efforts for contributing to the House score.

School Houses

All the students of the school belong to one of the four Houses i.e. Fraternity, Amity,Felicity and Integrity . These are led by the student representatives , House Captain and a Vice Captain . Various activities are conducted within the House as well as Inter House to give the students a sense of belonging towards their house .

Co-Curricular Activities

Activities are an integral part of the school curriculum. It has always been our endeavor to provide a wide range of activities to the students to realize their aptitude, potential and hidden talents. A number of activities are therefore included in the curriculum. The syllabus is designed to make learning enjoyable and meaningful. Club activities are organized wherein students gain new perspective and learn the importance of respecting another person’s viewpoint. They also learn the value of unity, develop social skills and become confident and independent. The students choose these club activities according to their interest and aptitude.
