
Lions Public School, Sector 10A, Gurugram, organised a grand Felicitation Ceremony on 18th April 2026 to honour the exemplary achievements of its students for the academic session 2025–26. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of School Chairman Ln. D.V. Taneja , Ex-Chairman Ln. Dr. K. S. Dhaka, Ln. Ramesh Suneja, Ln. N.K. Anand, Ln. Vijay Buddhiraja, Ln. Sunil Singla, Manager Mr. Rajiv Kumar, and PTA Members.
The programme commenced on an auspicious note with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, followed by the soulful rendition of the welcome song “Sur Sangam”, invoking the blessings of Goddess Saraswati and the presentation of the school song by the students accompanied by the school orchestra. School Principal, Ms. Dipinder Kaur, extended her heartfelt greetings to the gathering and congratulated the students for their perseverance and success. She also emphasized on the importance of Co-Scholastic activities in the holistic development of students. She also appreciated the vital support of parents and the teachers in motivating and supporting the students throughout the academic year. She also laid emphasis on the three D’s in a student’s life- Discipline, Dedication, and Determination for a smooth and happy life. The Felicitation Ceremony was conducted for classes Nursery to IX & XI. Altogether, around 595 students were felicitated for their exceptional academic performance. This was followed by the presentation of House Trophies in various disciplines including Quiz, Elocution, Cultural and Creative Events, and Sports recognising team spirit. The Chairman Lion D.V. Taneja, in his inspiring address, encouraged the students to strive for excellence in their chosen fields and to compete with themselves rather than others. He also motivated parents to nurture their children according to their individual potential. He expressed his confidence that students would contribute positively to the society.Vice Principal, Dr Monika Lakra proposed the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all the dignitaries, staff, students and parents for making the event a grand success. The ceremony concluded with a captivating dance performance titled “Anant Udaan” by the students. The ceremony was truly inspiring and left everyone motivated to work harder and achieve excellence.
