Lions Public School, Sector 10A, Gurugram, successfully organised the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ at 11:00 a.m. in the school Activity Hall. The programme commenced with the welcome, lamp lighting, and felicitation of the Chief Guest, Ms. Poonam Bhatnagar.
The programme was presided over by the school’s Chairman, Ln. D. V. Taneja. In his address, he appreciated the service initiatives of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and wished him a long and healthy life.
On this occasion, students delivered impressive speeches highlighting the service initiatives of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. In her inspiring address, Chief Guest Ms. Poonam Bhatnagar praised the young students for their confidence and encouraged everyone to embrace the values of service, संस्कार (good values), and humanity in their lives.
A Drawing Competition was also organised as part of the programme. An exhibition showcasing the students’ beautiful artworks was displayed, which the Chief Guest visited and appreciated, commending the children’s creativity and talent.
The Chief Guest also participated in a tree plantation drive, and a cake was cut to celebrate the birthday of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by the school’s Manager, Mr. Rajiv Kumar, who expressed gratitude to all the guests, teachers, and students. The event was attended by the Principal, Ms. Dipinder Kaur, coordinators, and faculty members. The programme further strengthened the spirit of service, patriotism, and social responsibility among the students.
