Playing music and moving to a beat provides stimulating experiences for young children and also fosters learning. We aim to inculcate among the students a genuine desire to learn and grow in music.
Dance is another form of expression and it gives students an alternative way to convey what they feel. For a performer nothing compares to the thrill of moving with grace and harmony to a beautiful piece of music. They not only enjoy but also transfer their sense of joy to others around them.
At Lions Public School, we try to bring in that enthusiasm and zeal in the students so that they enjoy this art and the interest is enhanced as they participate in various events held at school and outside and win them appreciation and various awards. This is done through medium of mass participation in assemblies, participation in different Music and Dance Competitions.
