Earth Day, also known as Green Day, was celebrated with lots of excitement by the little ones of Nursery to Class II on 22nd April 2025. The day was full of fun and learning activities that helped children understand the importance of trees.
Teachers told interesting and meaningful story about nature and saving the environment. This story helped children learn how small good habits can help our Earth.
Children enjoyed (sow and grow) planting seeds activity and learning how to take care of plants. This activity helped them understand why plants are important and how we should care for nature.
Children used vegetables like ladyfinger, bitterguard and carrot to make beautiful prints on paper.
Speaking Activity was also done in class 1 & 2 (Topic: “धरा बचाओ”):
Young children spoke confidently. They shared ideas like saving water, planting trees, and saying no to plastic.
A colorful rally was held by Class I and II students inside the school campus. They carried placards with strong messages and shouted slogans to spread awareness about saving the Earth.
Pictures were clicked of all events. The celebration helped children learn how they can help protect our planet. It was wonderful to see their love and care for Mother Earth.
