On 09.05.24, Students of classes 11 and 12 celebrated English week with a delightful and enriching event to commemorate the importance of the English language and to encourage students to explore and appreciate its beauty and versatility.

The day began with a special assembly, where students and teachers gathered to kick off the celebrations. The assembly featured poem recitation, a brief analysis of Robert Frost’s classic poem “The Road Not Taken” by the students and the students’ dialogue enactment  which was a delightful and engaging event for the assembly that showcased the dramatic talents of our students.

A few students also added an extra layer of authenticity by dressing themselves as renowned poets and poetesses, embodying the essence of their chosen literary figures through costume and mannerisms. The highlight of the event was a mesmerizing performance that combined dance with the recitation of a poem.

The event concluded with a heartfelt address from our esteemed principal, Ma’am Dipinder Kaur, who expressed her pride and appreciation for the students’ performances and also extended her gratitude to the teachers and staff for their support in making the event a success.
