Lions Public School School ,Sector 10 A, Gurugram, organized a Felicitation Ceremony on 20th April 2024, to acknowledge and applaud its industrious students for their exemplary achievements in the previous session 2023-24. The program was graced by the Chairman Ln Dr. K.S. Dhaka, Ex-Chairman Ln D.V.Taneja, Vice-Chairmen; Ln Sudhir Taneja and Ln Bhim Vasudev, Secretary Ln Dr. Sunil Singla, Ex-Chairman Ln A.C. Goyal and Manager of the school Mr. Rajiv Kumar.The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp as a tribute to Maa Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge. The welcome song, sung melodiously by the choir complemented the spirit of the ceremony. Principal, Madam Dipinder Kaur welcomed and addressed the gathering on this eventful occasion . She showered her blessings on the students by her pearls of wisdom. The students were felicitated in two groups; Nursery to Class V and then Classes VI to Class IX & XI. Chairman of the School, Lion K.S. Dhaka, in his address, advised the children to believe in themselves and to practise perseverance and some may give back to society. Various House trophies: Literary & Cultural trophies and Sports Champion Trophy were awarded to the students who had performed remarkably, not only in academics, but also in Sports, Art, Dance and Music. A scintillating Finale dance based on the five elements of nature ,added colour and vibrance to the programme. The Vote of Thanks was proposed by E.O. LPS, Ms. Renu Verma and Vice Principal Ms. Indu Kaushik respectively. The program concluded with the national anthem.
