
An interactive session on Model United Nations (MUN) was conducted on 28.04.2026 for the students of classes VIII and IX to introduce them to the fundamentals of global diplomacy, debate and international relations. The session was conducted by MUN Program Director Mr. Vansh Tyagi and Mansvi Bhangarh, Faculty for International Relations.
The workshop began with an introduction to the concept of MUN explaining how it simulates the proceeding of the United Nations. Students were familiarized with the key components such as committees, agendas, country portfolios and the roles of delegates.
The workshop was concluded with a Question –Answer session where students clarified their doubts and received the guidance on how to prepare for future MUN conferences.
Overall, the workshop proved to be a highly informative and enriching, inspiring the students to take part in MUN activities and develop a broader perspective on global issues.
